LG washer was making a metal to metal tapping noise with small loads. Called another repair service. They removed the back, looked at it, messed around moving things around, charged me $85 and fixed nothing! Called Bruno's and they came in a day or so, analyzed the problem and ordered parts. Parts came to my address in a few days and the next day Bruno's was back, installed the parts and it's nice and quiet now. Did everything they said they'd do, personable, professional, and reasonable cost.

I have used Bruno's services for my stove 2 times and he was experienced, knowledgeable, professional and successful in solving the problem. He has also helped me reset my front loader over the phone successfully. I plan to continue to call him if any more appliance issues come up. Thank you, Bruno

Tony has been to our house so many times to repair our wonderful Samsung appliances that he is now considered family and fully expected to show up at Thanksgiving.

In all seriousness, Tony is wonderful to deal with. He is very professional and always on time. He's also up front and honest about what it will take to fix an issue. I feel safe and comfortable having him at my house while my husband is not home. I've referred him to friends who needed something repaired as well.

Tony came out to look at my Meile microwave. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was an oddball part and had to be ordered. While he was here I mentioned that my Scotsman ice maker was ridiculously loud. He diagnosed that the circulation pump was bad and ordered a part. When the parts arrived he immediately came out to make repairs. Both Ice-maker and Microwave work perfectly. I strongly recommend Bruno’s Appliance Repair for fixing any appliance issues. The company is wonderful. I had an easy time getting a hold of them, they scheduled an apt right away. Tony was on time, knowledable, professional and was able to fix my fridge. Great experience overall.

Same day service for our refrigerator repair. They were out within a couple hours of our call, and diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes. Ultimately we'll have to replace the fridge, but not because of anything they did. Very happy with the service, and we will continue using Bruno's in the future.

Our Admiral made rattling noise. He removed paper clip from blower wheel, replaced TCO part, tested and everything works fine again to a very fair price. Highly recommended.

My washer would not drain completely and was very noisy while draining. Bruno's came the day I called for the diagnostic and ordered the part. The water pump came to my house the next day, and it was installed on the following day. Bruno's provides prompt service and an accurate diagnostic and repair at a fair price. Thank you, Bruno's.

Tony and his team were great. Office staff had excellent communication. I needed to repair my dishwasher and dryer since they were both not working. Tony arrived promptly and I received a call and text 15 minutes before their arrival. These Guys ROCK! After struggling 10 days with my Home warranty over repairing my Fridge I'm told to use an online virtual repair service so that I can DO IT MYSELF...Lmao.. I called Bruno's App Repair. Carol answered my call and had Tony in my kitchen about 2 hours later the SAME DAY! Tony had my Fridge Freezer running cold again in less than a half hour! Just Can't say enough. Impressive!!

Do yourself a big favor and call this company. 100% professional across the board. From the first phone call to the work done, I could not be happier. Called for our broken washing machine, and the appointment was set-up for the next day. Tony gave a text when he was on the way. He was very professional, and courteous. He new exactly what was wrong and he did a great job.

When we came back to our home this December both the dryer and the dishwasher decided they were not going to work . We called a few companies and Bruno’s appliance was able to offer us an appointment the following week. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and texted when enroute. Our tech was Tony and he was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Offered us options for repair on dryer and dishwasher. He fixed dryer but the dishwasher repair would have cost half the cost of new one so after he explained the problems we decided to just shop for new one given the age of the appliance. He even offered tips on models to buy given their reliability and repair issues. It was $99 for the diagnostic assessment for first appliance then only $45 for second one since he was here. The $99 was applied to the repair bill. I would highly recommend their company to others.

We've used Bruno's twice and received excellent service both times. Someone answers the phone when you call and schedules you right away. Today we received same day service and we're up and running within a few hours of my calling. Friendly, personable, knowledgable and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for better then that :-)

We have used Bruno's Appliance Repair for five of our appliances, and my mother in law also used them for a repair of one appliance and an installation of another. They are always on time, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We highly recommend them.

I picked Bruno’s appliance service from an on line add. I was not disappointed with the services they provide. The first visit didn’t solve the problem so I called them back and spoke to a very competent woman who listened to my problem. The holiday weekend interfered with them getting back to me but they did call back and came out again and figured out the problem. Today it’s all fixed. Their rates are very reasonable also. So you can count me as a happy customer.

What a pleasant surprise to find a repair technician that really knows his stuff. Tony went right to work repairing our wall oven. He had an adjustable table used to pull the oven making the repair a one-man job rather than two which one competitor said was required. Tony quickly found the problem and made the repair, putting everything back in perfect working order. His good communication and prompt scheduling together with his professionalism easily lands 5 stars as the experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
